McCallum’s Café Glasgow Sold via Bruce & Co

22nd November 2018

A satisfied client is looking forward to retirement after selling his café with Bruce & Co.

Mr McCallum was delighted to receive 10 viewings and 3 offers for McCallum’s Café in Cambuslang, on the outskirts of Glasgow.

Having operated under the ownership of Mr McCallum since 1975, the café enjoys an excellent reputation amongst a loyal clientele.

Vendor, Mr William McCallum said:

“I was extremely happy with Mike’s service. After taking on the sale of my business, he achieved an offer for us within just 2 months.

“He kept me updated regularly on the sale of my business and I will not waver to recommend him to others.

“Mike put in a tremendous effort and he always exceeded expectations.”

McCallum’s Café has been acquired by experienced operator, Mrs Auijla. She has owned cafes previously and is now looking to put a fresh stamp on the business.

Citing the location as one of the reasons that attracted her to the business, Mrs Auijla commented:

I was impressed with the service provided by Bruce & Co.

“They kept me updated regularly on my purchase and I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends & family.

“Mike was our negotiator and went to great lengths to make the purchase as easy as possible for us. Whenever complications came up with solicitors or documentation needed, he would take control and get it resolved.”

Sales negotiator Mike Firoozi said:

“It was an absolute honour to help Mr McCallum sell his business, so he can finally retire.

“I wish both Mr McCallum and Mrs Auijla all the best in their future endeavours.”
