Crossgates Stores Sold in Fife

Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of Crossgates Stores, a retail unit representing an excellent investment opportunity in Fife.

The property previously traded as a Post Office and is now trading as a store. After 17 years the vendor, Mr John Gordon, decided to place to the property on the market due to his wish to retire.

The property is positioned on the main road through the village of Crossgates in Fife, and benefits from high footfall as well as being perfectly positioned within the village. The unit has excellent potential to introduce a new business idea in this vibrant community.

After just two months, following a number of viewings, the business was sold to Mr Alex Jarrett, who knew the vendor prior to submitting an offer.

Mr Gordon praised Bruce and Co’s handling of the sale, saying: “I am very pleased with the service I received from Lucy at Bruce and Co. I was constantly kept in the loop and didn’t have to do anything. I had support the whole way.”

Lucy Doherty from Bruce & Co. commented: “I am very happy now the sale of Crossgates Stores is now complete. This business has tremendous potential and I’m certain Mr Jarrett will make it a success. I’d like to wish the vendor, Mr Gordon, all the best in retirement.”
