George’s Convenience Store sold in Aberdeen

Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of George’s Convenience Store; a well performing newsagents and grocers in Aberdeen. The business generated high levels of interest with 5 viewings and 3 offers.

The vendor Mr Stewart, had run the business since 1994, and only decided to sell to pursue other business ventures.

The store came fully equipped and was presented at walk in condition. The business was acquired by an experienced operator, Mr Ul-Haq, on a leasehold basis. Although the business was trading successfully, there is still opportunity for Mr Ul-Haq to expand the business.

Mr Stewart commented “My experience with Bruce & Co. was good and with Julie Anne’s (Sales Negotiator at Bruce & Co.) determination and hard work, we got there.”

Julie Anne Mcconville added “Mr Stewart was a lovely character to work with. I wish the buyer all the best with his new venture.”
