Wilson’s of Pitlochry Sold to First Time Buyer

Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of Wilson’s of Pitlochry, a popular and profitable shop in Pitlochry, Perth and Kinross.

The shop boasts a good base of loyal clientele and enjoys much repeat custom due to an excellent range of products and services, along with a good selection of unique gifts that the shop has on display. Although trading well, there is the opportunity for the new owners to increase turnover even further.

Set in a thriving tourist hotspot, Wilson’s of Pitlochry had been under the ownership of the vendor, Mrs Cob, for over nine years before she decided to sell due to her impending retirement from the retail trade.

Mrs Cob said: “I have no regrets in putting my business on the market. Bruce & Co made the whole process so easy, and kept me up to date at all times. Although at times I thought it would never happen, they made it happen. I am glad I went to Bruce & Co for the sale of the business, and the price achieved was definitely above expectation. The business was purchased by first-time buyer Mr Gordon Conacher, who was a regular customer of Wilson’s of Pitlochry prior to making his first business acquisition.
