Bruce & Co facilitates retirement sale of greatly successful take-away business in Kirkcaldy, Fife.

Operated by the proprietors since 2008 the business has since cultivated an outstanding reputation, gaining impressive amounts of footfall due to its idyllic location within the town. Established as part of a successful franchise, the business continued to trade under this name despite its expiration in 2013.

Being put on the market by Bruce & Co due to the Vendor’s wish to retire, the business received an offer after its first viewing, Baguette Express was acquired by an experienced buyer within the sector who plans to build upon the success the business has enjoyed.
