Charming Bakery Sold in Aberdeen City Centre

Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of Ma Petite France Bakery in Aberdeen.

A long standing business which was established in 1903; the vendors Mr and Mrs Gidemann, took over the business in 2011. They finally decided to sell due to their wish to relocate.

The property comprises of a terraced lock up unit occupying 2 floors, which benefits from its excellent location on Dee Street, just off Union Street in the heart of Aberdeen City Centre. The business came well fitted throughout; incorporating kitchen areas, manager’s office, preparation areas, and storage areas.

Ma Petite France Bakery was sold to Mr Garray Clarke on a leasehold basis. He comments “I am happy to be in now and running the business. I am looking forward to expanding the business and increasing sales. The journey took some time, but it was all worthwhile.
