Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of The Forbes Arms Hotel, a closed business in Alford, Aberdeenshire.
The Forbes Arms Hotel received a very high level of interest with 46 viewings and 9 offers.
The successful bid came from experienced operator, Mr Angus Campbell, who now plans to run the business as a going concern.
Situated on the banks of the River Don, the Forbes Arms Hotel is a traditionally built country house that has been extended and modernised throughout. The hotel is made up of 9 en-suite rooms, a lounge bar, a conservatory restaurant and owner’s accommodation.
