Bruce & Co sells family run hotel in Wick, Highland.

Acquired by the vendors in 2005, the award winning, family run Sinclair Bay Hotel has since cultivated a phenomenal reputation for its pleasant and attentive service, resulting in a 4 star rating on booking.com and 5 star rating across Trip Advisor.

Featuring 6 wonderfully furnished letting rooms, a popular public bar and dining room, the hotel enjoyed impressive amounts of trade from the surrounding area alongside holiday makers due to its ideal coastal location on the 500 tourism route and links to the coastal village of John o’ Groats.

Once put on the market by Bruce & Co due to the Vendor’s wish to retire, the hotel received an offer after a single viewing, with the bid being made by an experienced operator within the industry hoping to continue the success of the established business.
