St Andrews B&B Sold to a Corporate Buyer

A well-established business providing bed and breakfast accommodation based in Ayrshire has been sold by the Altius Group.

St Andrews has been under the ownership of our clients for 11 years and during which time they have carried out substantial refurbishments throughout the entire property to a very high standard.

The business has developed a strong reputation within the local community and enjoys regular repeat custom. The property is well-presented and boasts a spacious two-bedroom owners’ accommodation.

The owners reluctantly brought the market to sale to implement their wish to retire, and the Altius Group were instructed in finding a suitable buyer.

Utilising our expertise combined with our marketing campaign, the business received significant levels of interest, including 15 viewings, and was sold to a corporate buyer.
