The café, located in South Lanarkshire, is a charming local business situated in Blantyre.
The business is ideally positioned in the centre of a village and is a short walk away from a selection of shops and local amenities, with public transport facilities also located close by.
The café has built a strong reputation in the local area since it was opened in 2010 and enjoys a loyal customer base.
The business has successfully operated in the area under the current ownership for 10 years and the owner wished to sell so they could enjoy their retirement.

The café was sold to first-time buyers Giacchi Giada and Maria Antoinetta who were attracted to the business due to the great location, as there are local schools nearby and felt it was a good investment. The buyers intend to use this new venture to continue to develop the business.
Upon completion of the sale, the vendor said: “The panel solicitor was excellent, and I am very happy to complete the sale. I can now enjoy my retirement”.
