Tower Hotel, located in the Scottish Borders village of Oxton, has been sold to first-time buyers in a deal advised by Bruce & Co’s Lauren Lees.

The hotel has been trading since the 1900s in an enviable location, with both Glasgow and Edinburgh just a short distance away. The business has also been supported by the local community and enjoys regular trade.

With facilities such as an open plan bar and games room, a lounge area and a restaurant serving breakfast to guests, Tower Hotel offered a lucrative investment opportunity to potential buyers with 17 viewings and 6 offers.
