Highland B&B sold to first-time buyer

Bruce & Co recently advised the sale of Fassifern B&B, located in Fort William. The business was sold to Mr. George, a first-time buyer.
The B&B offers four stylish letting rooms – two double bedrooms with en-suites, a family room with an en-suite, and one single bedroom with a private bathroom. Additionally, free parking is offered to guests.
With over 50 years of trading history, the business offers accommodation to passing travelers who are interested in soaking in the Western Scottish Highland landscape, with Ben Nevis close by. The B&B is also frequently visited by guests with interest in winter sports, with high snowfall in the winter months.
