Hilton Chip Shop sold to a Corporate Buyer

Hilton Chip Shop located in the highland town of Inverness was sold to a corporate buyer in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.

Hilton Chip Shop was established over 40 years ago and has been family run until now. The chip shop is an extremely popular business positioned in the heart of the town with a large customer base of local and loyal residents.

The owners continually improved and developed the business which ultimately produced an increase in revenue year on year.

Our client decided to sell Hilton Chip Shop due to retirement and was looking for a buyer with experience who understood the business.

The buyer already owns a number of chip shops and takeaways and was drawn to Hilton Chip Shop as they were looking to expand their portfolio and venture into a new location.
