Black Rock Caravan & Camping Park located in the highlands sold to a Corporate Buyer in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.
Black Rock Caravan & Camping Park is a four and a half acre campsite comprising 44 static pitches, 37 touring pitches, three luxury pods, two basic pods and a 16-bed bunkhouse.
Additionally, the park offers a workshop offering service and repairs for motorhomes, used by the local community as well as an accessory shop for caravans, camping and walkers.
The buyer was drawn to the campsite since they already owned several caravan parks and wanted to expand their portfolio into a new location.
Business Broker, Stephen Croft stated: “I was happy for the vendor to complete her sale and be able to move on to her next project.”
