Gourdon Post Office & Village Store located in Angus sold to a First-time Buyer in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.
Gourdon Post Office & Village Store is a well performing convenience store and post office operating in a coastal setting that has been run by the previous proprietors for the last 13 years.
While the shop is the only one in the village playing an integral role within the local community, there is tremendous scope to enhance sales further by introducing new product lines or even hot food/takeaway.
Our client decided to sell Gourdon Post Office & Village Store due to retirement.
