Royal Tiger located in Aberdeenshire sold to a First-time Buyer in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.
The Royal Tiger restaurant is currently not trading, located in the busy tourist resort of Cullen. When trading, the restaurant was a successful Indian restaurant and takeaway offering an extensive menu with a busy delivery service in the surrounding areas
Our client decided to sell Royal Tiger as they had already closed the business to move into other business interests. Our client’s comments on the Bruce & Co. process were: “The sale went through quickly, thank you for keeping me updated and chasing the solicitors when needed.”
The buyer was attracted to Royal Tiger due to wanting to open their own business and as the business was closed, this was the ideal purchase.
