Baytree House sold to Existing Operator

Baytree House located in Kirkcudbrightshire was sold to an existing operator in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.

Baytree House is a well-established 4 star B&B operating out of a beautifully presented Georgian townhouse situated in the historic town of Kirkcudbright on the Solway Coast, with pastel-coloured buildings, pretty nooks and cobbled lanes giving it the feel of a bygone era.

The guest house has garnered an excellent reputation averaging a full 5 stars on Tripadvisor and a 9 out of 10 rating on Booking.com.

The buyer, an existing operator, found exactly what he was looking for in the Baytree House. He was attracted to the business due to its excellent location within the area.
