Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the recent sale of Sandhaven Premier Stores to a first-time buyer.
Sandhaven Premier Stores is a well-run convenience store and post office in Sandhaven, Fraserburgh. The store enjoys an excellent reputation and extensive range of products. It is the only shop in the village.
Sandhaven Stores garnered the interest of a first-time buyer in the retail sector. The new owner is planning to develop the business further and build on its well-established foundations.
Business Broker, Stephen Croft stated: “I was very happy for the vendor to complete their sale and be able to retire. Both our seller and the buyer got on well and the vendor was happy helping to train the buyer in readiness for completion.”
