The Waterside Bar Sold to a Restaurant Owner

The Waterside Bar, located in Largs, Scotland, has been sold to an existing restaurant owner in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.
The Waterside Bar has operated under the previous owners since 2008. It is located on a busy street in the centre of Largs, North Ayrshire, occupying an enviable town centre location. The bar trades throughout the year and has a good following of regular customers.
The business came to the market after the previous owner decided to retire. Stephen Croft, Sales Negotiator for Bruce & Co, found a keen buyer in an existing operator who aimed to transform the bar into a restaurant. The buyer was initially attracted to The Waterside Bar because of its ideal location and good size for conversion.
The vendor was pleased with the sale and with the sales process managed by Stephen.
