The Cuilfail Hotel in Oban, Argyll & Bute has been sold in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.

The 12-bedroom hotel nestles at the foot of rolling hills at ‘The Gateway to the Isles’ on the west coast of Scotland, ideally placed to attract the area’s many tourists.

One of the oldest hotels in the area, The Cuilfail has retained many of its original Victorian features while benefiting from extensive high-quality upgrades carried out by the previous owners over the past decade. With a 40-cover restaurant and a function room accommodating up to 90 guests, the hotel has earned a strong reputation for its food and hospitality, making it a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.

The property also includes superb one-bedroom owner’s accommodation set over two levels, adding to its appeal for prospective buyers.

The business came to market following the previous owners’ decision to retire.
