Set across one acre, Woodland Gardens features 20 touring pitches, five static caravans, and a spacious four-bedroom detached family home. The site includes three seasonal pitches, two serviced pitches, five large pitches, and four small campervan pitches, with well-maintained amenities for guests.

Visitors benefit from well-sheltered, level hardstanding pitches with electric hook-up, excellent signal, and panoramic views of the Forth Estuary and surrounding countryside. The business is well established and recognised for its quality, achieving the only Gold Award in Scotland from Pitch-up during the 2024 season.

The business sold alongside the significantly sized owners’ accommodation.
