The Waverley Bar has been a cornerstone of the local community since 1986, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pub is known for its lively weekend entertainment, including live bands and karaoke nights, and benefits from the largest beer garden in the area. With a history of careful refurbishment, the property was presented in excellent walk-in condition, providing a ready-to-run opportunity for the new owner.

Operating solely as a wet-led business,the pub also offered significant potential for growth.A large commercial kitchen, previously used for private functions, provided the perfect opportunity for the new owner to expand the offering.

The business was sold due to the current proprietor’s wish to retire after decades of successful ownership. The sale marked a significant transaction in Glasgow’s local pub market and was completed with a new market entrant taking ownership.
