Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of I&J General Stores; a well -established convenience store located in Aberdeen.

Managed by the vendors Mr and Mrs Milne since 2004, they decided to place the business on the market due to their retirement.

The business was sold in walk in condition, benefiting from a spacious retail area, large basement, storage area, office and staff WC facilities.

Following 3 viewings, the business was sold to an experienced business owner, Mr Sood, on a leasehold basis. Mr Sood has managed other retail businesses, and amongst the reasons why he was attracted to I&J General Stores were the location and the reputation of the business.
