Café Fresh, a well-run business operating in central Scotland has been sold to a first-time buyer.

Founded in 2016, the café is located in the town centre of Fife and enjoys much repeat custom, particularly due to its excellent setting surrounded by both commercial and residential properties.

Fresh also benefits from a sizeable tourist trade throughout the year visiting the Dunfermline Abbey only 100 yards away and the business trades throughout the year and benefits from a good base of local clients.

The café offers high-quality healthy food with the finest of coffee and a vegan and dairy-free section. The main entrance is from the front, which leads directly into a spacious and bright seating area with large windows overlooking the cobbled street.

The owners, who have managed the café since 2018 and refurbished the property during their involvement, are wishing to exit the business to facilitate lifestyle changes and Bruce & Co headed up the sales process.

Lead by Business Broker Sophie Jakeman, the process generated three viewings and two strong offers for Fresh, and the café was sold to a first-time buyer who has extensive experience in the sector and was attracted to the café’s excellent location.
