Liquid Brewery under new ownership

Liquid Brewery, a well-established brewery in Edinburgh, has been sold by Bruce & Co. The brewery has traded in the area for several years and has developed a strong reputation for consistently producing high-quality beers for clients.

In addition, the business recently installed modern, up-to-date equipment to enhance its product and service offering.

The vendor recognised Bruce & Co as a leading broker in the leisure and retail sector, and we were instructed in the sale.

The brewery presented a fantastic opportunity for a buyer who purchase a highly regarded business with ample scope for growth, and when the vendor reluctantly offered Liquid Brewery for sale, interest was strong.

After a comprehensive marketing campaign, Liquid Brewery was sold to Suspect Brewing, a newly formed business which produces gluten free and vegan beers.
