The Steadings at the Grouse & Trout, located in Inverness-shire, has been sold to a first-time buyer with the sale completing in just 7 weeks, advised by Bruce & Co.
The Steadings, a 9-bedroom hotel, was first established in 1860s and has been successfully operating under the current ownership for over 10 years. In that time, the hotel has earned the 3* Gold Scottish Tourist Board Small Hotel Award, highlighting the excellent reputation the hotel has cemented in Scotland.
Alongside the hotel, The Steadings has a registered caravan and camping site for self-catering guests, with the site providing beautiful scenery. With the tourist spot Loch Ness a short distance away, the hotel is ideally situated in the countryside of Strathnairn and has excellent travel links nearby.
