Bonsai Bar Bistro located in Edinburgh sold to an existing operator in a deal facilitated by Bruce & Co.

Bonsai Bar Bistro is a popular Japanese restaurant. In its 23 years of trading, the business has garnered an excellent reputation for authentic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is only a short walk away from Holyrood Park and the University of Edinburgh. It enjoys a consistent stream of business and is popular with passers-by, tourists and employees of nearby shops.

The buyer, an existing operator with 12 years of experience in the business, was attracted to the business due to its convenient location and wishes to expand his own business further.
