This unique bar in Edinburgh has been sold by Bruce & Co.

 With a successful trading history spanning over 50 years, Bar Brig has established itself as a popular drinking destination and music venue. Situated on the famous Leith Walk in Edinburgh, the bar is perfectly placed to attract custom from a vast amount of regular footfall, as well as benefiting from an expanding collection of regular patrons.

Offering a highly contemporary and rustic interior, the bar is greatly equipped with an assortment of distressed wooden chairs, tables, bar stools and booths, with a 1960’s inspired psychedelic paint scheme adorned across the seating area.

In addition to offering food and drink for up to 50 people, the property houses a music venue in the basement with enough space for 80 attendees. The area is fully fitted with a stage, performance lighting and music equipment.

Now seeking retirement, William Ross, the previous owner, decided now was the perfect time to place the business onto the market.
