A well-respected caravan park situated in the Highlands of Scotland has been sold to a corporate purchaser after FOUR WEEKS on the market, advised by Bruce & Co.

St Fillans is a residential static caravan park in a stunning location in Perthshire with a licence for 45 caravans and boasts strong occupancy levels.

Within the site is where the St Fillans train station operated for over 50 years before closing in 1951, leaving behind waiting rooms and a signal box, which are well-preserved.
