Popular Convenience Store Sold in Aberdeenshire

Bruce & Co. are delighted to announce the sale of I&S Duguid, a popular convenience store in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.

An extremely busy business, which was run by the vendor since 2009, I&S Duguid benefits from being located in a popular residential area and comes fully equipped and presented in walk-in condition. The business offers a wide selection of general groceries, newspapers, magazines, chilled produce, confectionery, cigarettes and greeting cards.

Although trading successfully, there is still potential for the new owner to expand the business. I&S Duguid was only placed on the market due to the retirement of the vendors, Mr and Mrs Duguid.

This opportunity generated tremendous interest, and following a substantial number of viewings and offers, the business was sold to Mrs Rajwant Kaur, who has previous experience in the convenience store trade. Mrs Kaur is looking to expand her current portfolio of businesses and was attracted to I&S Duguid due it’s excellent location and set-up. She plans to continue trading with the business and build on its excellent reputation within the local community.
